Definitions
“The Photographer/s” means Drewen Portraiture or Photographers and employees of Drewen Portraiture.
“The Client” means any person, body of persons, firm or company with whom the Photographer enters into a contract for the sale of goods or provision of services by the Photograher.
“The Work” means the resultant or photograph produced by the Photographer during the commission photo session
By booking a photography shoot or placing an order with Drewen Portraiture, the following terms and conditions shall apply:
Booking Fees and Payment
A minimum of 50% deposit of the fee specified in the quote/rate is required to confirm and secure the photo session. This is due on the day of confirmation. 
The balance of the payment shall be paid on the day of the photo session.
The Photographer requires payment in full from the Client on all orders placed in addition to the initial contract/quote after the photo session.
Cancellation or Rescheduling of Shoots
The Client may cancel/reschedule their shoot once and have a refund of any fees paid, providing The Photographer a minimum of 5 days notice in writing. If The Client gives less than 5 days notice, all fees paid are non-refundable and rescheduling will be subject to a minimum charge of SGD 50. All dates and times are subject to availability.
The Photographer shall have the right to cancel the session at any time and refund all fees paid to The Client at any time before the session and shall have no further liability to The Client. 
Late or No show
In the event The Client fails to attend or is late at the agreed time of shoot, The Photographer reserves the right to shorten or cancel the shoot without refunding any fees paid.
Limit of Liability
In the event of photographic failure or due to any acts or events beyond The Photographers control, including (but not limited to) death, illness, act of God, breakdown, inclement weather, catastrophic loss of data or the failure to deliver goods and services provided by The Photographers suppliers or sub-contractors, The Photographers liability will be limited to the refund of any shoot fees paid and shall have no further liability with respect to the Agreement. The Photographer shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered by the Client or any other person accompanying the Client during the photo session.
Personal Data & Data Collection
Your personal data collected will be in accordance with the our privacy statement.
Governing Law
This contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to the jurisdiction in which any action or special proceeding may be instituted.
Severability
In the event that any of the provisions of the agreement are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, all other provisions will nevertheless continue to be valid.
Copyrights & Model Release
The copyright of all the Work created during the photography session belongs to the Photographer. The Photographer grants to the Client the irrevocable right to use the Work for non-commercial personal purposes, whether on social media or otherwise. Copyright notice should appear near The Work stating they were taken by the Photographer or tagged for social media.
The Client consent to the Photographer to use the Work for the Photographer’s commercial portfolio, exhibitions, contests, and advertising to market his business and professional services. 
If the Client submits a written request to withdraw consent after the session and the Work published, the Photographer may require reasonable time for the Client’s request to be processed and will notify the Client of the consequences of the withdrawal and is released from all claims and liability relating to the Work affected.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice
